How do I pre-order signatures from your upcoming signings?
Only members of our approved email list will receive our pre-order emails before each signing.  If you are a seller or retailer and would like information on how to join our email list, then please email us and request a retailer information pack.  Please contact us using the email address on our contact us page.

Is there a membership fee to join your approved email list?
We do not charge any membership fees for dealers to purchase from us.  Once you are on our approved email list, you will receive all the details needed prior to each signing.  You are under no obligation to purchase from any signing.

Does Iconic Signings sell direct to the customer?
Iconic Signings does not sell directly to the customer.  Iconic Signings only sells to retailers and dealers.  Any member of the public who wishes to purchase items from any of our signings, may do so through the advertised websites on our home page or dealer page.  Only retailers who buy from us and are on our approved email list are advertised throughout this website.

How are your private signings run?
Our private signings are run in a very professional and courteous manner.  In the run up to each signing, we deal directly with the personalities involved or through their agent.  Our signings are held in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, either in a private meeting room, the personality's home or at an agreed venue.  We pride ourselves on the way each and every item is handled, and ensure that each signature is given time to dry before collating them.

Are dealers / retailers allowed attend the signings?
Unfortunately, we do not allow other retailers / dealers to attend our private signings.  All private signings are run by Iconic Signings staff only.  This is to ensure privacy for the personalities involved, and so that the signings can be run smoothly and effeciently.  We would like to point out that the management of Iconic Signings have successfully run hundreds of private signings throughout the last few years, and are held in the highest regard by both personalities and retailers.

Can I send my own items to be signed?
Yes.  Any dealer / retailer who wishes to send their own items to be signed may do so.  Prior to each signing a deadline for receiving items to be signed will be clearly stated.  Iconic Signings will also have a selection of photos which will be available to pre-order.  All items purchased from Iconic Signings or sent to be signed will be returned by Special Delivery, for which there will be a postal charge.

Are all the photos available for pre-order licensed?
Yes.  Iconic Signings has contracts with the biggest photographic agencies in the UK.  Every single item which is available for pre-order is fully licensed, and all details of where the item was licensed will be clearly stated.

Is there a minimum number of signatures I must order?
This depends on each signing.  There will be a minimum amount of signatures required for most signings, and we will also have a tiered signature price depending on the quantities ordered.  The minimum requirement will vary for each signing, but we do understand that some retailers do not require large quantities of signed items.  Therefore, we endeavour to keep the minimum order as low as possible.

How do you guarantee authenticity?
Authenticity is 100% guaranteed on every item.  We can guarantee this because every single signature is obtained by ourselves in person, and not obtained through third parties.  All of our signatures are obtained through our own organised private signings, and photographic proof will be obtained from every signing.

Do you obtain photo proof from your signings?
Yes.  We take numerous photos throughout each and every private signing.  We pride ourselves on the quality of our signing photos, and the way in which we place all the items in front of the personality for drying purposes.  Our signing photos are taken with great care, as we know how important they are.

Are COAs issued by Iconic Signings?
Iconic Signings does not issue Certificates of Authenticity.  We issue photo proof to all dealers who order from our signings, and lets face it, photo proof is much more valuable than a COA.  We encourage all customers to ask to see the photo proof when making a purchase from any of the retailers advertised in this site.  

Will you authenticate any signatures from another source?
No.  We will not comment on any signatures or items of memorabilia which does not originate from one of our private signings.  Iconic Signings can only guarantee the authenticity of signatures obtained by retailers from our private signings.  We will not comment on particular items or pass judgement on a specific dealer.

Are all items for sale by your advertised dealers genuine?
Iconic Signings offers advertising space for dealers throughout this website.  We do not guarantee the authenticity of the hand-signed items for sale from each retailer.  Iconic Signings must stress that the only signatures we can guarantee are authentic are the ones obtained from our private signings.  Please contact the relevant retailer for information on the other items available for sale on their websites.
